Mansfield Maun ran their annual Ladies & Girls Trials Training day at their popular Bracken Rocks venue on 16th February. The event received support from the ACU. and attracted riders of all abilities including four British Champions; - Becky Cook, Emma Bristow, Katy Bullock and Chloe Richardson. They were given a full day's coaching by Michael Philipson, Ian Austermuhle, Dan Thorpe, Richard Allen and Philip and Andrew Marris
It is hoped that the majority of these riders will support the 2008 Women's & Girls Championship series where the Centre hosts three of the seven rounds: - Cheadle on 13th April, Lincoln 27th April - and Mansfield on 1st June.
The event is due to be televised on Virgin 1s new Bingo Lotto game show on Friday 7th March at 9.00pm
